CES is committed to provding a fully confidential service, with a best practice Confidentiality Policy that exceeds the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
CES is privy to personal information and research data and stores products which are the personal property of certain individuals in relation to its work with solicitors firms (our customers).
In order to offer the utmost protection to our customers and their clients we have implemented a thorough Confidentiality Policy which all our staff and associates must sign up to.
This Policy states that all sensitive information we receive or discover in our research will be stored in files which are password protected and only available to staff who have signed the Confidentiality Policy.
Likewise, hard copies of data and items we hold for customers will be held in locked cabinets within our locked facilities to which only staff who have signed our Confidentiality Policy have access.
All staff agree that they must never discuss data or other information which is the property of customers of CES or their clients with third parties or any staff member who has not signed the Confidentiality Policy.
Information held by CES will never be divulged to any third party unless the customer responsible for that data expressly requests this in writing.
Any medical or personal information or property held by CES should only be divulged or given to a third party in anonymous form where possible once written authority has been given by the customer.
All records pertaining to closed files will be effectively destroyed.CES will comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 at all times.
